CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Our customer service team is the backbone of our company. Our office is extremely efficient and can handle just about any problem. This position entails answering phones, scheduling customers through our scheduling software, helping customers with retail purchases, and performing administrative duties. No cold-calling or hard selling is required because we have enough work to keep us busy year-round. Our customers are rarely upset because we deliver on our promises, and our customers respect our reputation because of it. Come join our team!
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
No experience necessary! All of our residential certified service professionals service, repair, and replace residential garage doors and openers and are trained in sales, installation, and repair to become certified. Trucks, tools, gas, uniforms, materials, and parts are provided. Training and certification are paid for by the company as well. Our certified service professionals are the best in the industry.
